The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) contains 30 articles detailing basic rights and freedoms for all individuals. Articles 1-3 cover equality and dignity; 4-12 civil and political rights; 13-27 economic, social, and cultural rights; and 28-30 address limitations. It's integral to international human rights law and global constitutions.
