Eligibility Criteria
Deputy Manager (Internal Affairs)
- Bachelor’s Degree or HSSC from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Armed Forces, Police, or another Law Enforcement Agency.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in premier intelligence organizations.
Assistant Manager (Internal Affairs)
- HSSC qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Armed Forces, Police, or another Law Enforcement Agency.
- Experience in intelligence organizations will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Deputy Manager salary up to Rs. 200,000 per month.
- Assistant Manager salary up to Rs. 150,000 per month.
- Fuel allowance.
- Additional benefits approved by PERA.
- Opportunity to work in District Enforcement & Regulatory Boards (DERBs).
Contract Duration
Appointments will initially be made for a period of three years. The contract may be extended depending upon satisfactory performance according to PERA Regulations 2026.
