Whoever commits the offence of money-laundering shall be punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than ___ years but which may extend to seven years.  

The Anti-Money Laundering Act specifies that the minimum rigorous imprisonment for money laundering is three years, extending up to seven years. Options 2 and 4 are incorrect minimum terms.
