Overview
The Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantts & Garrisons) Directorate, Ministry of Defence (Rawalpindi Cantt) invites applications from Pakistani nationals who meet the eligibility, educational qualification, quota and age requirements. Vacancies are available for teaching and non-teaching posts across Pakistan. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.

Age Limit & Relaxation
- Age limits are mentioned against each post in the advertisement. Age & qualifications are determined on closing date of applications.
- Age relaxation:
- +3 years for Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Sindh Rural and Balochistan (as per policy).
- +15 years for released / retired Armed Forces personnel (or number of years actually served — whichever is less).
- +10 years for government servants who have completed 2 years continuous service on closing date.
- +10 years for Persons with Disability (subject to provision of disability certificate).
- +5 years for Widow / Widower or Son / Daughter of deceased civil servant (who died in service on or after 01-07-2005).
How to Apply
- Apply online only at: https://induction.fgei.gov.pk. No hard copy applications will be entertained.
- Upload required documents and click the undertaking before submitting the online form.
- Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
- Download your roll number slip from your account once issued and bring it (with original CNIC) to the test centre.
- Govt servants must apply through proper channel and produce an NOC at interview.
Selection / Examination Process
Selection will involve:
- Written Test — conducted at regional test centres (typical centres include Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi and Quetta). Exact venues, date and time will be communicated through candidate log-in account.
- Interview — shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Candidates must produce original documents at the time of interview.
- No TA/DA is admissible for test/interview.
Important Notes & Conditions
- Posting: Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- Fake/bogus documents: Candidature will be cancelled and disciplinary action taken against any candidate found using forged documents.
- Candidates may apply for more than one post but must submit separate applications (and fees) for each post.
- Result-awaiting candidates are not eligible.
- Original deposit slip (if required by the application method) and proof of payment must be retained by the candidate.
