The correct answer is C: Euclid. Euclid, a prominent Greek mathematician who lived around 300 BCE, is widely acclaimed as the 'Father of Geometry'. His most influential work, titled 'Elements', is a comprehensive treatise on geometry and mathematical proof. This work systematically presented geometric principles and proofs, defining what became known as Euclidean geometry, which remained the standard for centuries and profoundly shaped mathematical thought. His rigorous axiomatic approach laid the foundation for modern mathematics.

• Option A: Archimedes is incorrect. Archimedes was another brilliant Greek mathematician, physicist, engineer, inventor, and astronomer, known for his work on buoyancy (Archimedes' principle), the lever, and his contributions to integral calculus. While highly influential in mathematics and science, he is not credited as the 'Father of Geometry'.

• Option B: Aristotle is incorrect. Aristotle was a revered Greek philosopher and polymath, whose work spanned logic, metaphysics, ethics, politics, biology, and poetics. His contributions to philosophy and science were immense, but he was not primarily a mathematician and certainly not the 'Father of Geometry'.

• Option D: None of these is incorrect because Euclid is definitively recognized as the 'Father of Geometry', making this option false.

The correct answer is A: 8. The ICC Champions Trophy 2025, which is scheduled to be held in Pakistan, will feature eight national cricket teams. This tournament format is typically employed to bring together the top-ranked teams in One Day International (ODI) cricket, making it a high-stakes, relatively short event. The qualification for these eight spots is usually based on performance in the ICC Cricket World Cup Super League or directly from the top positions in the ICC ODI Team Rankings.

• Option B: 6 is incorrect. Six teams would be a smaller pool than what is usually seen for a major ICC tournament like the Champions Trophy, which aims to include the most competitive nations.

• Option C: 10 is incorrect. A 10-team format is more commonly associated with the ICC Cricket World Cup, which is a longer tournament designed to include a broader representation of cricketing nations beyond just the top eight. The Champions Trophy typically maintains a more exclusive field.

• Option D: 12 is incorrect. Twelve teams would be an unusually large number for the Champions Trophy, which is often dubbed a 'mini-World Cup' due to its concentrated number of elite teams and shorter duration compared to the World Cup itself.

The correct answer is C: Naruhito. Emperor Naruhito of Japan officially inaugurated the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games (which were postponed and held in July 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic). As the reigning monarch and head of state, it is a traditional role for the Emperor of the host country to declare the Olympic Games open. His address marked the formal commencement of the global sporting event amidst unprecedented circumstances.

• Option A: Akihito is incorrect. Akihito is the former Emperor of Japan and Naruhito's father. He abdicated the Chrysanthemum Throne in April 2019, well before the scheduled (and then postponed) Tokyo Olympics. Therefore, he was not the reigning monarch at the time of the inauguration.

• Option B: Fumio Kishida is incorrect. Fumio Kishida became the Prime Minister of Japan in October 2021, which was after the Tokyo Olympics had concluded. While the Prime Minister is the head of government, the role of inaugurating the Olympics falls to the head of state, which is the Emperor.

• Option D: Shinzo Abe is incorrect. Shinzo Abe was the Prime Minister of Japan when Tokyo won the bid for the 2020 Olympics and during much of the preparation phase. However, he resigned as Prime Minister in September 2020, prior to the delayed Games in 2021. Even if he had still been in office, the official inauguration duties typically rest with the Emperor.

The correct answer is C: 555. Jahangir Khan, the legendary Pakistani squash player, holds an extraordinary record for the longest unbeaten streak in the history of professional sports. His incredible run lasted for 555 consecutive matches, spanning an astonishing five and a half years, from 1981 to 1986. This unparalleled achievement is recognized by the Guinness World Records and is considered one of the greatest accomplishments in the history of individual sports, showcasing his absolute dominance during that era.

• Option A: 530 is incorrect. While 530 is a substantial number, it does not accurately represent the length of Jahangir Khan's historic unbeaten streak. His record is definitively documented as higher.

• Option B: 540 is incorrect. Similar to 530, this number is close to the actual record but is not the precise figure. The difference, though seemingly small, is crucial when documenting world records of this magnitude.

• Option D: None is incorrect because the specific number of 555 is the widely recognized and accurate count of his consecutive wins, making this option factually wrong.
