A. Pre formatting
B. template
C. wizard
D. auto-style
The file that consists of readymade styles that we can easily use for our presentation is known as a B. template.
Here’s why the other options aren’t quite right:
- Pre-formatting: This term can refer to general formatting applied to text or objects, but it’s not a specific file type.
- Wizard: A wizard is a tool that guides you through a step-by-step process, sometimes including pre-defined styles, but it’s not the final output containing the styles.
- Auto-style: Auto-styles are reusable sets of formatting options within a single document, not a separate file with pre-designed layouts and styles.
